Tiny Treasures National wanted to:
- Recruit more donor applicants.
- Reduce the workload associated with screening each prospect.
Because donors are a very different audience from Tiny Treasure’s main audience of intended parents, we proposed a program that would split the groups in two and would direct prospect traffic away from the main website.
Build it and they will come
Our first task was to build new site, DonorsToday, targeted to questions and concerns of prospective donors. Accompanied by a small online campaign on Facebook and Craigslist we were able to establish a flow of donors literally overnight.
The second task of reducing the work associated with screening prospects was accomplished on the site via an online screening form. The form delivered two distinct benefits.
- It was able identify those applicants most likely to make it through the screening process successfully.
- It broke the screening process into smaller more manageable parts, thereby increasing the overall number of applicants.
